We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 24 business hours from the order date and shipped 3 to 7 business days after production. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
Once your order is placed, please allow 7 to 15 business days to receive your order (depending on location).
We are not responsible for any fees/taxes applied to your package if applicable. You will be responsible for paying any additional charges.

- If your personalized product was remade, your order may be delayed. Only items that pass our quality inspection process can be shipped, as we aim to provide you with a perfect gift.
- Expedited shipping is not available for P.O. Box addresses.
- We are not responsible for deliveries on special dates.
- Overnight shipping is not offered.
