How many faces or pets can I put on my product?
We can print up to 4 different faces. If your photo has 2 faces, our designers will crop them accordingly.
Can I upload a photo that is not of a dog or a cat?
Of course! We can print any face, object, or logo.
Do you crop the photo?
Yes! We crop the photo for you. Simply upload your photos, and we will edit them so that only the face is shown on your product.
How do I send my photo?
Make sure your photo has good lighting to highlight the details of your pet. Preferably, upload a full-frontal photo including the ears and forehead. Avoid dark or blurry images for the best results on your product.
Shipping Questions
What is the delivery time?
Our products typically take between 6 and 14 business days to be produced and shipped. Once shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number for your order.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping costs $6.99. For purchases over $75, shipping is completely free.
Where do I enter my discount code?
To enter a discount code, complete your order and enter the code in the "Order Summary" section during checkout.
What is your exchange/cancellation policy?
We will be happy to help you change the color, size, image, or cancel/refund your order. Simply fill out the contact form below as soon as possible with your order number, email address, and the desired changes. Order changes/cancellations will only be accepted before production begins.
For custom-made products, we may not be able to cancel or modify your order once the items have entered production. This means the design and manufacturing process has already started. Canceling or modifying at this stage will result in a 50% customization fee per item, as the product is made to order and can no longer be sold as new.
If you need to change your shipping address, we can assist you as long as the order has not been shipped. Please send us a message below with your current shipping address and the new address you'd like to use.
