Style, Size, and Photo Changes
Due to our 1-business-day production time, we cannot make any changes once an order has been placed.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, email us with your order number, current shipping address, and the new address. We can modify the address until your order leaves our facility.
Damaged/Misprinted Items
If your product arrives defective, we will reprint and resend the item free of charge. Contact us with a photo of the item and your order number. Your replacement will be shipped within 8 business days.
If you are not satisfied with your product, we offer free reprints. Submit our contact form with a photo of the item, an explanation of the issue, and your order number, and our team will assist you.
You must return damaged/misprinted items within 7 days of receiving your order. These items are only eligible for replacement within 30 days of the original order date. After 30 days, Calcetines Pets is not responsible for replacing damaged or misprinted items.
If your customized product was remade, your order may be delayed due to our quality inspection process, ensuring a perfect gift.
Please Note: Any design, size, color, or image you upload will be printed exactly as provided. If you receive an item with an incorrect size, color, or image due to your selection, Calcetines Pets is not responsible for replacements.
Product Image Disclaimer
While we strive to accurately display and describe our products, color variations may occur due to screen resolution differences and printing processes. Contact us before purchasing if you have questions about color, material, or sizing.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, we are happy to replace it and ensure your order arrives. If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, we must wait 14 days to confirm that the package does not arrive. Our customer service team will track your order and provide updates.
Tracking Issues (Domestic Orders Only)
If your tracking status remains "Pre-Shipment" and does not update to "In Transit" within 5 business days, contact our Customer Service Team. If the package is deemed lost, we will replace or refund your order.
Cancellations & Returns
- Orders must be canceled within 3 hours of purchase due to our 1-day production timeframe. If canceled within 3 hours, you will receive a full refund.
- Since personalized products are custom-made, a 50% customization fee per item applies. If canceled after 3 hours, you will receive a refund for the total cost minus the 50% customization fee.
- If you are not satisfied with your product, email us with your order number and a photo of the received item. Our team will review your return request. Once approved, repack and return the product to the address provided by our team.
- We do not cover return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned product. Expect 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank statement.
